1-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship. It is valid only under normal use of the product and for its intended purpose. We will cover the cost of repairing or replacing defective or missing parts, including reasonable labour rates and shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal Wear & Tear: Natural wear and tear that occurs over time.
- Improper Use & Assembly: Defects caused by improper assembly, misuse, or abuse.
- Accidental Damage: Damages caused by impact, scratches, or exposure to harsh elements.
- Natural Variations: Natural wood grain variations, minor wood cracks, slight colour changes over time, and slight bending caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations are considered natural characteristics and are not covered.
- Modifications & Third-Party Repairs: Products modified or repaired by the purchaser or a third party.
- Transit Damage: Damages incurred during shipping or delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for 'Reporting Damaged Items' instructions.

If you require warranty service (hopefully never), email us at support@pupupula.com with photos or videos of the product from various angles and distances to help us understand the issue. Our customer support team will assist you.
Important Notes
Outside the 1-year warranty period, you will be responsible for all replacement costs, labour, packaging, and shipping costs.
